Fact One:
Sand is scratching at your carpet. Each day we remove pounds and pounds of sandy soil from your neighbour's carpets. It's in your fibres too! Spread the fibres
apart and look closely. It's grinding your expensive carpet into worthless fibres that fill up your vacuum cleaner.
Every moment you wait, your carpet wears out faster!
Fact Two:
How do the traffic lanes feel? Oily residues from the street and air are drying into your carpet. Slightly sticky, they grab dirt and lock it on. Soils bond
with the carpet through a process called oxidation, causing colour change and becoming permanently attached. If you wait too long, you're throwing away the key
to unlocking dirt and oil from traffic lanes. The longer you wait between cleans, the more soil permanently damages your carpet. Clean before traffic lanes
appear!
Fact Three:
Is the air starting to smell stale? Pollutants in the air are filtered through your carpet. The carpet traps them so you don't have to breathe them in over and
over. What happens when that trap gets full? Your family starts inhaling dust mites, debris, pollens, pollutants, fungus and mould spores, bacteria and
chemicals. Once your carpet's natural filtering system gets full, it's time for a thorough clean for your health's.
All the facts:
The facts are that cleaning every 6 to 8 months, before traffic lanes begin to appear, means your carpets will last longer, look better, and protect your
health. Once the fibres have been cleaned and sanitised, the indoor environment will be improved helping you to breathe easier.
So which method cleans best?
The only method that will effectively remove all the pollutants is a truck mounted hot water extraction system. Softened
water is injected deep into the fibres at a high temperature which easily breaks up all the dirt while sanitising the carpet at the same time. The soil is
then removed from the carpet immediately with an extremely powerful vacuum.

Owner Daniel Chapman sent Darren Williams to clean our lounge, dining room, staircase and landing plus various loose mats, having quoted a very competitive price. Darren fought his way through heavy snow and ice to arrive punctually, and did a splendid job (they have a "Truck-Mounted" system, with a very powerful suction pump which leaves the cleaned carpet almost dry). Unfortunately an accident occurred, which damaged my computer monitor beyond repair. Straightaway Darren accepted responsibility, and contacted Daniel, who then immediately offered to pay for a replacement. Having ordered a replacement monitor, I informed Daniel of the price, and a cheque for the required amount arrived the next day! It is refreshing, in this day and age to come across two such polite and honourable people. Accidents can always happen. It is how they are dealt with that defines the integrity of a company and its personnel. I can thoroughly recommend them, both for their excellent cleaning service, and their customer handling skills.
Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with the results of your carpet cleaning service. They look superb and Darren did an excellent job with great attention to detail. Thank you - a job well done!
